The AD Scoop is reporting that Pending an interview with an advisory committee, West Virginia athletic director Oliver Luck is expected to be named athletic director at Texas by the end of November.

AD Scoop has learned, Matt Jakobsze, has been named the Associate Athletics Director of Compliance at Eastern Michigan. Jakobsze was the Assistant Athletics Director for Compliance at the University of Nebraska Omaha. Prior to Nebraska Omaha, Jakobsze served as Compliance Coordinator at Mid-American Conference member Northern Illinois University.
ASHLAND UNIVERSITY
AD Scoop has learned that Ashland University Athletic Director Bill Goldring is no longer in charge of athletics at the university as of today. Rumors circulated this weekend and Monday suggesting Goldring had been removed from Jack Miller Stadium by AU Safety Services prior to Saturday’s football game against Malone, more information to come.

AD Scoop has learned Stanford is hiring for an Associate Athletic Director of Development responsible for managing and assessing a wide range of development programs and activities to achieve the fundraising goals of the department.
HIGHPOINT UNIVERSITY
A member of the High Point University Athletics staff since 2008, Sam Phipps was recently promoted to Assistant Athletic Director for Facilities & Operations. Phipps oversees all in-game operations as well as facility enhancement for HPU Athletics.
UNIVERSITY OF WYOMING
AD Scoop has learned that Wyoming has hired Tim Collins as Assistant Athletics Director for Development for the Cowboy Joe Club. Collins comes to Wyoming from Black Hills State University, where he was Assistant A.D. for Development and Fundraising.
