Virginia Tech Head Men’s Basketball Coach Buzz Williams announced the promotion of Lyle Wolf to the position of Director of Student-Athlete Development. Wolf is in his second year with the Hokies, as he served last season as the Assistant to the Head Coach. Earlier this summer, he took on the duties of the Director of Basketball Administration. As Director of Student-Athlete Development, Wolf will handle many of the same duties as in the past, but will take on added responsibilities within the program. Wolf came to Virginia Tech from Marquette University, where he served in a similar capacity. A 2010 graduate of Transylvania with a degree in business administration, Wolf was a member of the basketball team at the school in 2006-07. –Hoopdirt, Read More
