Fred Glass is beginning his eighth season as the Indiana University athletic director after taking over the program at a time when the Hoosiers were reeling from the mess that Kelvin Sampson had left in two short years as the IU men’s basketball coach. Facility improvement has been a major part of Glass’s legacy to date at IU, and with many more projects on the horizon this will continue to be the case.
