Speaking of cold refreshments…

Some of you are excited, and why not!

Just give it some time AJ, it won’t be long before refreshments come to a stadium near you. There is simply too much money to be made.

It’s time to serious about ‘serious misconduct’

Bravo indeed. While unfortunately it seems we are only now starting to pay attention to this subject it seems steps are being taken in the right direction. But why are we limiting ourselves to just transfers? C’mon people, lets get together and figure this thing out. We owe it not only to the people affected by abuse but college athletics as a whole.

You get a championship game, and you get a championship game…everyone gets a championship game!

Everyone indeed gets a championship game! Last week the Big 12 announced they would be adding a championship contest and this week the Sun Belt followed.

So what does this mean? Well it means every FBS league will now be hosting a championship game by 2018, thanks in part to the NCAA making it okay for leagues with less than 12 members to hold one. Does it mean any thing else, well we’re not exactly sure at this point. But hey we’ve got a whole year and in the Sun Belt’s case two to figure that out!

Well that’s it for this week, I promised I wouldn’t keep you too long. Now get back to those refreshments and enjoying your summer break.
