Chris Mack has hired Rhode Island assistant coach Luke Murray to fill the vacancy on Xavier’s men’s basketball staff. Murray, the son of actor/comedian Bill Murray, joined Dan Hurley and URI in 2013. Before that, he was a Towson assistant for two seasons and a Wagner assistant under Hurley for one season. Murray also served as a grad assistant at Arizona under former Xavier coach Sean Miller.
