Western Michigan Women’s Basketball Assistant Coach John Swickrath is no longer on the Broncos’ coaching staff, WMU officials confirmed Tuesday afternoon. No explanation was given from WMU’s athletic media relations office other than a brief statement that WMU decided to go in a different direction. Women’s basketball head coach Shane Clipfell was not immediately available for a comment Tuesday.
