Rusty Elmore joins the VU Trailblazer Men’s Basketball coaching staff with extensive and valuable experience as a successful assistant coach at three four-year college programs. Coach Elmore arrives at VU after being on the staff at Kentucky Wesleyan, where he helped the Panthers qualify for the 2015-16 NCAA Div. II National Tournament. Kentucky Wesleyan also claimed the Great Midwest Athletic Conference’s regular-season and tournament titles. The Panthers were ranked ninth nationally in last season’s final NCAA Div. II poll.
