UTRGV has reassigned head men’s basketball coach Dan Hipsher after three seasons, the athletics department announced Monday. Hipsher was 27-66 overall and 13-31 in the WAC during his three years with the program. Basketball Times and ESPN first posted Hipsher’s move to Twitter on Tuesday, and a source within the athletics program confirmed those reports for The Monitor.
