Jana Doggett, Executive Associate Athletics Director for External Operations and Senior Woman’s Administrator, has been appointed interim Athletics Director by Utah State University President Stan L. Albrecht. College AD named Doggett a Top 10 SWA earlier this year. She will assume the duties of Scott Barnes, USU’s Vice President and Director of Athletics since March of 2008, who accepted the Athletics Director post at the University of Pittsburgh on April 24. Doggett is in her ninth year with the Utah State Athletics Department and fourth as Executive Associate Athletics Director after spending her first five years as the Senior Associate Athletics Director for External Operations.
