Tennessee is dedicating a Hall of Champions and a Hall of Fame Plaza on campus Friday in honor of former football Coach and Athletic Director Doug Dickey. The Doug Dickey Hall of Fame Plaza will be adjacent to a residence hall currently under construction. The Doug Dickey Hall of Champions will be located in the north hallway of the Neyland-Thompson Center. Dickey coached Tennessee from 1964-69 and posted a 46-15-4 record. Dickey was Tennessee’s athletic director from 1985-2002.
