The vending company Aramark will go before the Knoxville Beer Board on Tuesday with a much more detailed plan for selling alcohol at University of Tennessee athletic facilities. The company and university hope to be approved to begin sales Aug. 3 at Thompson-Boling Arena for an Alice Cooper concert. In addition to presenting updated guidelines and plans for sales at Thompson-Boling and Neyland Stadium, Aramark will propose including sales at UT’s Regal Soccer Stadium and explain its plans to prevent underage alcohol consumption. -Ryan Wilusz, Knoxville News Sentinel.
