Mizzou Athletics announced the team spaces and offices in it’s new south end zone facility will be completed by the Jul. 1 and the rest of the public spaces will be completed by Aug. 1. The facility is about 200,000 square feet total and the total project will cost just under 100 million dollars. The funds for the project is being raised through philanthropic gifts and half that’s bonded through the sale of premium inventory. Deputy Athletic Director Tim Hickman said this new facility offers new amenities and upgrades compared to the current football training space. “The biggest changes that I think are new is the hydrotherapy area, the real extensive hydrotherapy option for training our student athletes,” Hickman said.
