The University of Cincinnati settled a federal lawsuit filed with a student-athlete who said she was kicked off a team because her Instagram photos were “too sexy.” On Tuesday, UC agreed to pay Shalom Ifeanyi $40,000 as part of the settlement, but did not admit any wrongdoing. In March, Ifeanyi sued UC and volleyball coach Molly Alvey for racial discrimination, sex discrimination, sexual harassment and retaliation.
