Like so many football programs, Arizona is searching for advantages in recruiting and opportunities to engage fans. LogoTo address the former issue, the Wildcats are constructing an indoor practice facility. To solve the latter riddle, they’re tweaking the game day experience inside and outside Arizona Stadium. But all that’s just the beginning. The long-term challenge facing Arizona football is tougher than tackling Khalil Tate in the open field: The mammoth west side of Arizona Stadium, largely untouched since it opened 90 years ago, must be renovated.
