Illinois basketball great Dee Brown has resigned from his position with the team, citing personal reasons, the university announced Monday. Brown had been the basketball program’s director of player development and alumni relations since April. He initially joined the Illinois athletic staff in July 2015 as a special assistant to the athletic director.
