The Citadel head basketball coach Duggar Baucom completed his coaching staff on Wednesday with the addition of Bill Morosco as the Director of Basketball Operations for the upcoming 2015-16 season. Morosco will oversee the administrative areas of the Bulldogs’ basketball program including video and practice coordination, team travel, supervision of team managers and graduate assistants along with other responsibilities.
