Texas A&M-Corpus Christi men’s basketball head coach Willis Wilson announced the elevation of Terry Johnson to Assistant Coach on Wednesday. Johnson had been the program’s Director of Operations for the past two seasons. Johnson has also been integral in the continued success of the Islanders Summer Basketball Camps and has played a vital role in the team’s commitment to community service over the past two years. Johnson played collegiate basketball at Moorpark Community College and Cal State-Stanislaus before starting his coaching career as a student assistant at CSU-Stanislaus.
