Former Syracuse athletic director Daryl Gross is leaving SU to take a job leading the athletic program at California State-Los Angeles. Gross worked as Syracuse’s athletic director for more than a decade, stepping down in March 2015, following a lengthy NCAA investigation. Since then, Gross has remained at SU as a vice president and special assistant to Chancellor Kent Syverud. He also worked as a professor in SU’s David B.
