Just a few days after Cassandra Morrer announced her resignation from Stillman College to coach women’s basketball at American Christian Academy, Stillman confirmed that head basketball coach, Donte Jackson, would replace her as the new athletic director. Jackson was named the head men’s basketball coach before the 2014-15 season, and has led the Tigers to a 44-16 record over the last two seasons. In just his second season, Jackson’s team won the 2016 Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference title for the first time in 10 years. He was named SIAC coach of the year.
