SALEM STATE UNIVERSITY

Salem State has announced that Peggy Carl will join the university as its new director of athletics and recreation effective July 13. Carl most recently served for six years as director of athletics and recreation at Beloit College in Beloit, Wis.  Previously she was the head men’s and women’s swimming coach and served in a variety of administrative capacities at Occidental College in Los Angeles, Calif., where she served for 18 years.
