The simple assault charge under domestic violence against Rutgers wide receiver Leonte Carroo was dropped Tuesday after the alleged victim decided not to pursue the case, reports Carroo, a senior captain, was charged with simple assault after allegedly slamming a woman to a concrete surface outside the Scarlet Knights’ facility on Sept. 12.
