Portland State Basketball Coach Tyler Geving has named Chris Skinkis as a new assistant coach on the Viking staff. Skinkis has spent 10 seasons in collegiate coaching at the Division I, Division II and junior college levels. Skinkis comes to PSU after two seasons as an assistant coach at North Carolina Central. He also has tenures at Indian Hills (IA) Community College, College of Eastern Utah, Lewis University and St. Norbert College. Read More.
