Penn State assistant men’s basketball coach Brian Daly is leaving the program for personal reasons and moving back to his native Philadelphia, a university spokesman confirmed Monday. Daly, who had been with head coach Patrick Chambers for all four of his seasons at Penn State and shared associated head coach duties with Keith Urgo for the past two years, was also on Chambers’ staff at Boston University for two years prior to coming to State College.
