Penn State head James Franklin has watched his program lose a few players and a couple of coaches since a 24-17 loss to Georgia in the TaxSlayer Bowl ended the 2015 season. The fallout has left some questioning the state of the program. Lions’ athletic director Sandy Barbour is not a part of that group.
