Penn State head James Franklin has watched his program lose a few players and a couple of coaches since a 24-17 loss to Georgia in the TaxSlayer Bowl ended the 2015 season.  The fallout has left some questioning the state of the program. Lions’ athletic director Sandy Barbour is not a part of that group. She said as much on Tuesday during an interview on the Steve Jones Radio Show.  “In our football program, improvement is a must,” Barbour said. “National championships, and conference championships, are the goal.
