BIG SKY CONFERENCE

The Big Sky Conference in conjunction with the league’s Presidents’ Council has announced that Tom Wistrcill will become the seventh commissioner in league history. Wistrcill arrives at the Big Sky Conference after having served as the Senior Vice President at Learfield Sports since 2015. He initially served within the company’s University Partnership Group developing new collegiate relationships. In January 2017, he transitioned to the VP leadership role to oversee select properties in the Central Region structure. Wistrcill previously served as the director of athletics at The University of Akron from 2009-2015. Read More
