Old Dominion athletic director Wood Selig said the school has still not decided how it will implement the full cost of attendance for the 2016-2017 year. Selig said he likely will let coaches know in late April or early May how much their athletes will receive in stipends. The NCAA began allowing Division I schools to compensate athletes for costs not covered by traditional athletic scholarships – items such as entertainment and travel expenses – beginning with the current school year.
