Subscription Terms and Agreement

All Access Subscriptions
Monthly – $17.00*
Annually – $179.88*

Special Offers: if a subscriber qualifies for any special offer, reduced subscription price, or promotional discount, should any such incentive be offered by CollegeAD, subscriber will be notified, and billing statement updated accordingly.

Acceptable Payments
CollegeAD accepts all major credit and debit cards. The amount of the billing option selected (monthly or annual) will be charged to the initial payment method used to purchase a subscription.
Payments methods can be changed after initial subscription purchases by accessing a subscriber’s account settings.
If a subscriber’s credit or debit card on file expires, subscriber still agrees to pay any outstanding charges for subscription access, or risk account cancellation. Payment information can be updated at any time from subscriber’s account settings.

Billing Schedule
Subscriber’s payment method will be charged either monthly or annually on the date of the initial subscription purchase until subscriber or CollegeAD cancels the subscription.

Subscription Agreement
Upon subscription, subscriber agrees to pay all charges for both the all access subscription and any user fees associated with credit, debit, or Paypal payment methods, and any applicable taxes.
If a subscription fee is not received or able to be processed by the billing date according to the payment cycle selected, CollegeAD has the right to revoke access to subscription content.
Subscription fees are due in full on the billing date according to the payment cycle selected. There are no refunds available for subscriptions canceled, by subscriber or by CollegeAD. There are no partial credits available for “unused access” during a month or a year, since the month- or year-long access begins on the date of the initial subscription purchase and not necessarily according to a calendar month or year.
In the event of a user cancellation, subscriber will continue to have subscription access until the end of the billing cycle of the payment plan selected.
CollegeAD reserves the right to cancel any user’s subscription at any time for any reason. There are no refunds or exchanges for canceled access or partial services under such cancellation.

Monthly Subscriptions

When canceling a monthly subscription, all future charges associated with future months of your subscription will be canceled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current monthly billing period. You will not receive a refund; however your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current monthly billing period.

Annual Subscriptions

When canceling an annual subscription, all future charges associated with future years of your subscription will be canceled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current annual billing period. You will not receive a refund, prorated or otherwise, for the remainder of the annual term. However, your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current annual billing period.

Information Agreement
Payment information given to CollegeAD must be accurate and current to the subscriber. Incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated information may result in a subscription cancellation.
CollegeAD reserves the right to use and collect payment information collected for the purpose of processing payments and fulfilling subscriptions. No user payment information will be shared with any third party or other entity.
CollegeAD reserves the right to collect aggregate subscriber data for the purposes of maintaining and optimizing subscription content. No individual user data will be shared with any third party or other entity.
