  • How do you do it and what do the card colors mean?

    CollegeAD is comprised of former administrators, coaches, student-athletes, and student assistants in college athletics. As such, our connections into the industry run deep and wide.

     

    White Cards are hand-curated news and information from the CollegeAD staff as it happens at all hours of the morning, afternoon, and evening.

     

    Blue Cards are news and information obtained by our staff through insider sourcing in college athletics.

  • What is the best way to consume the News Feed?

    Subscribe, then from your phone, in the mobile menu on this website, download the web app to the home screen of your iPhone or Android device. Skip all the emails and hit the News Feed right from your mobile device home screen. Be sure to check the “remember me” box when you signin from your mobile device to skip future signins.

  • Can the News Feed help me find my next job in college athletics?

    While we cannot guarantee something like that, no other source covers personnel movement in college athletics as closely as CollegeAD. Often times when a job posts for an athletic department, the race is well underway, or close to complete. We work daily to gather information on job vacancies weeks ahead of an athletic department job posting. We want to create opportunities for job seekers in the college athletics industry to start combing their network to get in position for a job before it ever posts.

  • What is the “Get In Early” menu item?

    Through Insider sourcing we pull information on job vacancies in athletic departments well ahead of job postings to give our subscribers valuable information to focus their efforts for jobs before they ever post.

  • Are there still job posts in the CollegeAD News Feed?

    Yes, we call them “Lagging Job Posts”, and we aggregate them from all the major job boards.

  • What is your cancellation and refund policy?

    to request a cancellation, you must contact us at support@collegead.com. Cancellation and refund policies differ as below:

     

    Monthly Subscriptions

    When cancelling a monthly subscription, all future charges associated with future months of your subscription will be cancelled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current monthly billing period. You will not receive a refund; however your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current monthly billing period.

     

    Annual Subscriptions

    When cancelling an annual subscription, all future charges associated with future years of your subscription will be cancelled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current annual billing period. You will not receive a refund, prorated or otherwise, for the remainder of the annual term. However, your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current annual billing period.

  • Wait, I already have a username and password for CollegeAD. Does that work?
