Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) Associate Commissioner Kirsten Ford has made history becoming the first woman selected to serve on the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Football Rules Committee beginning September 1, 2019. Ford will be one of three Division II representatives serving on the thirteen-member committee representing nearly 75,000 student-athletes and over 670 teams in the NCAA. “I am excited to represent the football-sponsoring institutions of the RMAC and Division II,” said Ford. The Football Rules Committee is an association-wide committee consisting of six representatives from Division I, three from Division II and three from Division III. Ford is the committee’s first female representative and will serve as a member through August 31, 2023. -Jaclyn Lam, rmacsports. Read More.
