According to Mississippi State Director of Athletics, Scott Stricklin, Rick Ray has been fired as the Mississippi State Men’s Basketball Coach.  Ray was 37-60 overall as the Bulldogs head man and 15-44 versus SEC competition. “After much thought and deliberation, I have made the decision to replace Rick Ray as Mississippi State’s men’s basketball coach.
