Michigan State is expected to name Greg Ianni as interim athletic director, according to multiple sources with knowledge of the situation. Ianni, the athletic department’s deputy athletic director, will replace Mark Hollis, who announced his retirement Friday and whose final day is Wednesday.  The move is expected to be announced at the MSU Board of Trustees meeting, which begins at 9 a.m. The board room is at capacity with students, media and public members. – Chris Solari, Detroit Free Press.
