Louisiana Tech coach Skip Holtz was one of the few Conference USA coaches to not receive a salary bump from 2014 to 2015. Instead, Holtz, who receives an annual salary of $500,000, and the university dished out pay raises to almost the entire staff for 2015. Tech’s assistant pool was $999,700 in 2014, the seventh-most in the conference, and has since been elevated to an all-time high of $1.05 million, or an increase of $55,300.
