At least one of the assistant coaches for men’s basketball at Kennesaw State may remain on staff by virtue of his contract. David Rivers signed a three-year deal in April 2014 that contains no provisions should the coaching staff change. Rivers’ contract, obtained by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution through an Open Records Request, does contain provisions that he may be reassigned within the athletics department by the head coach following a periodic review. – Doug Roberson, AJC.
