Jacksonville University women’s basketball coach Yolett McPhee-McCuin has hired Ed Mahan to fill the position of assistant coach. Mahan previously served as the Graduate Assistant- Director of Basketball Operations and Analytics at Marshall University. With the Dolphins, he will be responsible for handling all operational activities for the program as well as developing JU’s post players. Mahan also supervised the Clemson women’s basketball summer camp in 2011 and 2012, where he managed all aspects of gym operations, prepared courts for campers and addressed concerns regarding camp rules. He coached teams of 8-10 and coordinated drills during camp sessions.
