Jackson State football coach Harold Jackson has been dismissed from his job, the university announced on Tuesday. Jackson was 6-11 in a season and a half as the Tigers’ coach. The move comes less than a week after JSU athletic director Robert Walker stepped down. The school said receivers coach Derrick McCall will step in as interim head coach.
