Indiana Tech is seeking an Athletic Director to continue the success and growth of athletic programs at our Fort Wayne, Indiana campus. Successful candidates will manage, lead and motivate coaches, athletic staff, and administrative staff within all 25 athletic programs. Must be able to prioritize, address multiple issues and projects, direct compliance efforts, and guide NAIA Champions of Character and Warrior Pride initiatives. Responsibilities include all aspects of intercollegiate athletics administration, including: articulation of program goals, planning, budgeting and financial management, personnel, scheduling, compliance, fundraising and public relations.
