Indiana State University and Head Football Coach Curt Mallory have agreed to a contract extension that will keep Mallory in Blue and White through the 2023 season. Mallory joined Indiana State from Wyoming in 2017 and has the Sycamore football program headed in the right direction. In 2018, Mallory led the Sycamores to a 7-4 overall record and a third-place finish in the Missouri Valley Football Conference with wins over Quincy, Eastern Illinois, Southern Illinois, Youngstown State, South Dakota, Illinois State and Western Illinois. “We are excited about all that Coach Mallory has accomplished in his first two seasons and are looking forward to seeing where he will take our football program next,” Indiana State President Deborah Curtis said.
