Luke Yaklich, entering his fourth season on the Illinois State men’s basketball staff, has been promoted to associate head coach, it was announced by head coach Dan Muller Tuesday. Yaklich joined Muller’s staff in July of 2013. Throughout his three-year stint as an assistant coach, Yaklich has directed ISU men’s basketball academic efforts while assisting in recruiting, scheduling, scouting and player skill development.
