Illinois State University invites applications for the position of Director of Women’s Basketball Operations. The Director of Women’s Basketball Operations, under the direction of the Head Women’s Basketball Coach is responsible for assisting with various women’s basketball coaching, training, recruiting, scouting, management, and administrative duties of the women’s basketball program as assigned by the Head Coach.
