Hofstra head men’s basketball coach Joe Mihalich has received a contract extension following a 20-win season in 2014-15. Mihalich guided the Pride to a 20-14 record this past season, his second at Hofstra after a successful 15-year run at Niagara.He owns a 294-240 overall record over 17 seasons as a Division I head coach. The 58-year-old took Niagara to two NCAA Tournaments and three NIT berths prior to leaving for Hofstra following the 2012-13 season. – The Sports Network. Read more.
