New Florida A&M Athletic Director Milton Overton Jr. signed an employment offer sheet from university President Elmira Mangum in June, agreeing to a base annual salary of $185,000 with incentives. The offer sheet mentions a one-time lump sum payment of $25,000, to be paid within 30 days of Overton’s start date.
