Florida State is determined to give fans and families affordable, innovative and flexible ticket options for the 2019 football season. On Wednesday, the Seminoles will introduce three new purchasing options to supplement traditional season ticket packages, including an all-mobile ticket plan that is gaining popularity nationally at college and professional events. FSU is also renewing its focus on local fans with an 850 Package that features four season tickets and entry level Booster membership for $850. There was a time when a majority of FSU football season-ticket holders lived in Leon County. Today, more than 70 percent of those season-ticket holders reside outside of Tallahassee, according to Seminole Boosters, Inc. FSU second-year coach Willie Taggart has also emphasized that local fans are the lifeblood of the school’s football and athletic program. “The home-field advantage for FSU football starts with Tallahassee and the surrounding communities.” said Greg Hulen, executive vice present of Seminole Boosters, Inc. While a season-ticket package features the best value and benefits, the new offerings provide additional flexibility for fans and families alike. – Jim Henry, tallahassee – Read More
