Fairleigh Dickinson head men’s basketball coach Greg Herenda has announced the addition of Winston Smith to his coaching staff. Smith comes to FDU after spending eight seasons on the men’s basketball staff at Drexel University. Smith previously worked at FDU under head coach Tom Green. During that time, he worked a season as the assistant director of basketball operations (2001-02) before being promoted to an assistant coach for the 2002-03 campaign. With the Knights, Smith served as the director of the Fairleigh Dickinson Basketball Camps and oversaw film exchange, which included editing and breaking down opponent game tape. – Hoopdirt.
