The Mocs Club is excited to announce some new changes to their giving structure for 2019 and beyond. In order to ensure we are able to support all 300 student-athletes, all Mocs Club benefits, including parking and hospitality room access will be based entirely off of unrestricted gifts to the Mocs Club. Funding for student-athlete scholarships continues to be Chattanooga Athletics’ most immediate need. Of the 15 athletic programs on campus, only three (Football, Men’s Basketball, Women’s Basketball) are fully funded. “It was important for us to identify our most critical need in 2019,” stated UTC Vice Chancellor and Director of Athletics Mark Wharton. “With the cost of educating our student-athletes constantly growing, it is absolutely essential that we continue to grow unrestricted giving.” Read More.
