Chadron State College Director of Athletics Joel R. Smith announced Janet Raymer as the Eagles’ head women’s basketball coach on Tuesday morning. Raymer has been involved in the day-to-day affairs of the CSC women’s basketball program for the past two years, serving as the coaching assistant.
