Jeffrey Kirpas, formerly the video coordinator for the University of Rhode Island women’s basketball program, will join the Brown University women’s basketball staff as the team’s operations coordinator, head coach Sarah Behn announced on Monday. As the head coach at Immaculate Conception, he led IC to a 21-1 overall record, winning both the NSCESL regular season and tournament titles. He also served as a Sports Information Assistant at Assumption College during the 2014-15 year. A 2014 graduate of Holy Cross with a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Kirpas is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Providence College while also serving as a graduate assistant for career services at PC in 2015-16.
