Maurice Williams has been named an assistant coach with the Stevenson University men’s basketball program. Williams was an assistant head coach at Eastern University for two years from 2012-14. During his tenure, the team improved its win total in the 2013-14 season and finished as the most improved team in the Middle Atlantic Conference. Williams had a hand in recruiting, video coordinating and he served as the head coach of the JV team. Williams started his career at the junior college level as a volunteer assistant at Richard Bland College in Petersburg, Virginia.
