Fort Wayne women’s basketball head coach Niecee Nelson has announced the addition of Carol Duncan as an assistant coach for the 2016-17 season. Duncan spent the 2015-16 season as an assistant coach at the University of Saint Francis (Indiana) where she focused her time on the team’s strength and conditioning, opponent scouting, and player skill development. Duncan spent her collegiate playing career at Purdue University where she received a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts in 2006. While playing for the Boilermakers, she won a pair of Big Ten Tournament Championships (2003 and 2004), played in the NCAA tournament each of her four years, and was a three-time Academic Big Ten selection.
