Radford men’s basketball head coach Mike Jones announced the addition of Junard Hartley as Director of Basketball Operations Friday morning. A native of Atlanta, Hartley served as a graduate assistant for Georgia State from 2012-14. He coordinated all camps, created weekly practice and academic schedules for players, orchestrated player individual workouts, delegated duties for student team managers and assisted with the director of basketball operations.
