Longtime College of Idaho athletic director Marty Holly will formally step down at a 10 a.m. press conference today and associate athletic director Reagan Rossi will be announced as his replacement. Rossi broke the news during an exclusive interview with ESPN Boise radio on Monday evening. Holly, who has been the athletic director at C of I since taking over in 1981, will remain on staff as the associate AD.
